Shipping Information

The Quick Ship Warehouse will ship to any valid address in the world.  Please remember that shipping delays and damages are always a risk.  The Quick Ship Warehouse purchases package insurance all international shipments and will process claims for lost or damaged items.  Please be aware that the international postal claims process can be frustrating and may easily take in excess of 90 days to complete.  The specific claims process and forms that any given country requires to complete a claim is usually not communicated well to the other involved Postal agencies in different countries.  This results in a lengthy claims process that The Quick Ship Warehouse has no control over.  Your replacement item order or refund will not be processed until the claim has been approved.  Please consider these facts carefully before placing your international order. 

Return Policy

Unopened items may be returned at the buyers expense.  No shipping charges will be refunded and there will be 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.

Opened items may not be returned.  Printers that have had ink tanks installed are NOT returnable.  Please be sure you want any items before placing your order.

International returns are subject to the Return Policy as stated above.  Please consider the high cost of returning an item before placing your order.  Many times, the cost of returning an item is so high that the return is not worthwhile for the customer.  Customers of The Quick Ship Warehouse are responsible for determining electronic usability for all items in the country of their choosing.  The Quick Ship Warehouse is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use, or lack of use, of any required converters.  Therefore, The Quick Ship Warehouse will not recommend any such devices for use.  All items sold by The Quick Ship Warehouse require standard 110/120 volt plug.  Please be sure you know what you will need to make your item work properly before you place your order. 

Items found to be defective upon delivery will be handled in the following priority:

1) The customer will contact the manufacturer and process the item through the manufacturers warranty process.
2) The item will be processed as a claim for shipping damages
3) The item will be returned to The Quick Ship Warehouse at the customers expense for inspection. 

If the item is needs to be returned to The Quick Ship Warehouse and the item is found to be defective, the customer will have the choice of a replacement item sent at no additional charge and the return shipping charges will be refunded; or the customer can request a full refund.  If the item is found to be working, the item will be viewed as a normal return and processed as such as stated above.  If you have any questions please contact us before placing your order.
